As a woman, a regular challenge I come across is maintaining a flat belly and avoid bloating.

But let’s face it, we all encounter this problem; Puffy belly, feeling swollen and physically just plain uncomfortable.  Bloating usually takes place during the digestion process when you accumulate fluid or produce too much gas in the body, and it doesn’t know how to handle it.

Luckily the bloated belly can be managed by making better choices about we eat and drink. For example the more water you take in, the more you pee. And the more you pee, the flatter your stomach becomes. Also, try to have a low sodium intake, which means don’t eat a lot of junk food or processed food, and limit alcohol intake. We know it’s hard but trust us it’s worth it!

Chewing gum
